The material PA66 used in the Wired products is halogen-free. When the material burns, there are no combustion vapors which can lead to corrosive deposit. In addition, PA66 can function well in aggressive climate. PA66 has a good resistance to termites, anaerobes, funguses because it does not provide oxygen or other biological elements for microorganisms. PA66 is characterized by excellent resistance to oil, fats, alcohol, carbontetrachloride and other common detergent.
